1. Product lead time for payment and ordering roses from Flowers Manila: allow 3 working days before the delivery date.

Order Processing
All orders placed before 4:00 PM, between Mondays to Saturdays, Manila time, will be PROCESSED (order given to florist, and prepared for turn-over to couriers) at least 48 hours prior chosen delivery date. Items ordered after these cut-off times will be processed the next working day.

Philippine Cut Flower Corporation offers next day delivery to many destinations in the Philippines. Our delivery schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday only. The delivery schedule for Metro Manila is from 11:00 am onwards Monday to Sunday and Tuesday to Saturday in the provinces. Weekend deliveries have to be scheduled before Friday 4:00 PM. Processing and delivery of all items received on Sundays and non-working holidays will be attended to the next working day. To insure prompt delivery, Payment and Orders from this site should be placed three (3) days before the delivery date, Philippine Time.

Note: During our floral peak season (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas Day), all orders should be placed 4 (four) days prior to delivery date.

2. The purchaser must agree that the delivery details and address that he/she provided as point of delivery is truthful and correct.

3. Philippine Cut Flower Corporation has the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details inputted by the client but is under no lawful obligation to do so.

4. In the case that the address specified by the client is incorrect, Philippine Cut Flower Corporation has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.

5. Our list of deliverable areas is regularly updated by our courier services. Thus all orders shall be verified before confirmation of order.

6. If a delivery is late, Philippine Cut Flower Corporation will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but is under no lawful obligation to do so.

7. If the product is not delivered, Philippine Cut Flower Corporation will replace the ordered product with one of the same value.
